We've fallen behind in updating this blog with our latest releases. Here's what we've added to the New Music bin this month:
- The Empty Pockets (pictured lower right) - Serrated - Their upcoming album Dear Billionaires has some things to say about people with full pockets, but this single is more of a love song.
- Slothrust - Burn the Deck - The band says this song "encourag[es] people to dismantle the current systems keeping them in a cage of their own making."
- Sasha and the Lunatics (pictured at top) - Diamonds to Coal - The Belgian quartet says this single is about feeling powerless amid chaos.
- Peter Gabriel - Looking for the Happy (Bright-side mix) - The moon-by-moon release of o/i continues.
- Ratboys - Penny in the Lake - Catching up with this "sunny, twangy, extremely welcoming tune with lyrics full of disconnected imagery" (per Stereogum) from Singin' to an Empty Chair.
- St. Paul and the Broken Bones (pictured middle right) - Proxy - The title track from their moody, bluesy new album.
- Alabama Shakes - I Feel Hope Coming - From I Must Be Dreaming, their first LP in 11 years.
- Fontaines D.C. - Marianne - The lead single from the band's fifth studio album, Dopamine Chamber.
- Valley - Don't You Forget About Me? - This and other recent singles will be on the Do You Need To Be Entertained? album, coming in January.
- Beck - Run Away - From the crooner's latest, Ride Lonesome.

- U2 (pictured middle left) - Silencio - Just released along with the announcement of the band's next album, Carnaval de Luz.
- Interpol - Wings On Fire - Another hot track from This Mirror Weighs a Ton.
- Kiwi Jr. - Pure Michigan - From Blowin Up, a song about 19-year-olds crossing from Detroit to Windsor to take advantage of Ontario's lower drinking age.
- Needtobreathe - Can't Apologize - Featuring Jonah Kagen.
- Sorcha Richardson (pictured lower left) - Illinois Again - From the Irish singer-songwriter's new album, Draw the Outline.
